2. What we collect and why
- Enquiry and booking forms — when you use our contact, session enquiry or hire enquiry forms, the details you provide (name, email, phone, the dates and party size you ask about, and your message) are delivered to our inbox by our email provider (Brevo) so we can respond and arrange your booking. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them. No payment is taken through this website.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. Legal basis
We process booking details to take the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with us, and to perform that contract. We respond to enquiries, and analyse website use, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the play centre.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers named above (Brevo, Google Analytics and our website host, Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf under their own safeguards.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Children
Bookings and enquiries must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
